ELANGO INDUSTRIES LIMITED (EIL)

A Public Limited Company established in 1989 and was manufacturing Steel Ingots from 1991 to 2003. Decided to enter into power sector through its investment in Kaveri Gas Power Ltd, an SPV, in 2005.

Promoted by Mr. S. Elangovan, Managing Director, of the Company came with Public Issue in 1993 for Rs. 2.63 Corers. Listed in Chennai, Ahmedabad and Mumbai Stock Exchanges, with Shareholders strength of 8500 mostly from Chennai and Mumbai. The Equity base is 3.81 Crores.
