S. Elangovan, Chairman and Managing Director , is a Commerce graduate. Started his carrier as a Steel trader at Chennai in 1985 and then went to set up a Steel plant producing Steel Ingots in Karaikal, Pondicherry in the year 1994. After about 10 years in Steel Industries was sold and commissioned a 7 Mw Gas based power plant in 2005 in Mayiladuthurai, Tamil nadu. With good opportunity for power generation in Tamil Nadu another 63 Mw Captive Power plant using coal was commissioned in 2012. Ever since 2005, the company remained predominantly as Power generating and distribution company. Basically, looks after the planning, execution, operation, and financial aspects of the company.

S.A. Premkumar, Executive Director , is a Commerce graduate. Basically, looks after the procurement, marketing, and public relations.
